These meal plans are all about keeping simplicity in mind without sacrificing variety.  

1. Efficiency.   Every meal in this plan is designed to be ready in 30 minutes or less, except for one simple, “set it and forget it” meal per week. This means less time cooking and more time enjoying meals with your family.

2. Nutrition.  Rest assured that each recipe is carefully crafted to provide you and your family with at least 100 grams of protein and 30 grams of fiber per day. You’re fueling your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.
